Stack Financial Management (SFM) is seeking a Wealth Strategist to provide concierge wealth planning for High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth (HNW/UHNW) clients.  This top-tier professional will join a dedicated team that thrives in a high-energy work environment as they help clients meet their long-term financial goals.  Located in Whitefish, Montana, our growing firm offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual looking for a fulfilling career.

The Wealth Strategist will leverage their specialized knowledge and experience to partner with Portfolio Managers and Client Relationship Specialists in providing clients with advice and solutions for their overall needs.  This individual will also be a key point person for engaging with potential clients to add to our strong client base.

Characteristics:

  • Demonstrates a collaborative value-added approach in client conversations to facilitate the desired client experience.
  • Provides customized advice and personalized planning services to HNW/UHNW client segments.
  • Applies well-developed consultative skills and wealth principles.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in areas of specialized planning, including regulations and policies, to properly assess client needs.
  • Develops content in the area(s) of specialized planning for use as training, internal resource, and client-facing material.
  • Develops/maintains internal and external networks and referral sources to ensure ongoing growth of the business.
  • Applies expertise and thinks creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations and to find solutions to problems that can be complex and non-routine.

Qualifications:

  • CFP designation and 3+ years of relevant experience dealing with HNW/UHNW clients.
  • Enthusiasm to interact with and deliver exceptional support to our clients
  • Seasoned professional with a strong understanding of financial products, services, regulatory frameworks, and wealth management principles.
  • Proven track record in developing and growing a profitable financial or related client services business.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
