Work experience prior to joining SFM:
Ben comes to SFM with a well-rounded human resources background, including expertise in recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and licensure compliance. In his former role, he was a talent acquisition partner at a prominent regional health system where he helped build and strengthen a recruiting team. Through his career experience Ben has developed strong organizational and communication skills while learning to handle confidential information with tact and professionalism.
Role at SFM:
As a Client Relationship Specialist, Ben focuses on all facets of client service while assisting new and existing clients with opening accounts, transferring assets, and any other account-related support.
When not in the office:
Ben enjoys exploring the beauty of Montana with his wife by spending time hiking, snowshoeing, and camping in Glacier National Park. He and his wife often bring along their cat, Beans, who loves to join them on their adventures. Ben is active in his church community, leading multiple Bible studies and helping with the youth group. In his free time, he also attempts to relive his glory days by playing recreational league softball and volleyball with friends.
