October 2, 2024 – Stack Financial Management (SFM) of Whitefish, Montana climbed from #72 to #57 on the 2024 CNBC Financial Advisor 100. This is the second year SFM has been named to this elite list which recognizes the “top advisory firms in the country that help clients successfully navigate their financial lives.” From an initial list of over 40,000 Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), CNBC narrowed the field to 903 firms that met their proprietary criteria. These RIAs were sent extensive surveys to complete, and the final 100 firms were selected based upon their responses which were verified by CNBC and the SEC regulatory database. SFM is the only firm in Montana to be ranked on this list.
In assembling this list, CNBC considers the firm’s number of years in business, compliance record, number of investment advisors registered with the firm, and assets under management, among other factors. CNBC does not charge any type of fee to advisors to be listed in the annual ranking.
“It’s a great honor to be recognized by CNBC as one of the top 100 Financial Advisors in the country,” says Zach Jonson, SFM Chief Investment Officer. “Our goal is to provide our clients a deeply researched and thoughtful approach to investing as we navigate one of the most challenging market environments of the last 15 years. This achievement is a testament to our Team’s unwavering dedication and unparalleled client service.”
